Plant Sit
Attuning to the Subtleties of Plants & Ourselves
Join us for a Plant Sit — a slow, grounding tea circle centered around one medicinal herb. In each gathering, we spend time with a single plant — drinking it as tea, experiencing it through our senses, and learning its medicinal properties. Rather than rushing through information, we slow down enough to actually build a relationship with the plant and notice what shifts inside us when we introduce that plant to our inner world. This is a space to pause, connect, and be in quiet community — whether you’re new to herbalism or already have a relationship with plant medicine. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the featured herb, and a felt sense of how it supports the body and mind. We’ll be working with herbs that are available through Seedlings Co-op, so you’ll have the option to bring some home and continue the relationship. No prior experience needed.

Grand Opening Weekend - Growhouse Event
We’re open!! Join us for our weekend full of celebratory activity, we will have medicine making, natural body care, corean knot work, and a harp performance by Ngonda of Lady Moon.
On Sunday we will have a cacao ceremony by Suanny Upegi of Casa Finca and Indira Scott, followed by spoken word with Ashni of Mumbet’s Freedom Farm, Tanika Greaves of Ntr’s Kitchen, and Naima Penniman of Wildseed Farm and Healing Village. We will end the evening with a dance Performance by Nkoula Badila.
