Membership
SEED
$120 / month
ie: have a new business idea and want incubation support
SPROUT
$240 / month
ie: making some sales but want business to grow
SEEDLING
$360 - 420 / month
ie: have an existing business that could benefit from an additional sales outlet
Joining is a one-time $5 commitment, welcoming members to become equal owners of the co-op followed by monthly member dues which cover co-op operational expenses and rental fees. Members keep 90% of their sales, contributing only 10% to the co-op.
The 3 tiers— Seed, Sprout, & Seedling— reflect a range of capacity. Makers are asked to share their current business income and goals when applying to help determine their tier. Applications center our co-op VALUES.
